Been Busy

Ok, sorry there haven't been very many posts lately, I have just been busy with little Ash and Ryan's medical adventures.

Lets catch up.

Ryan's eye had more swelling inside at this visit than it did the week earlier. He goes back to the specialist on the 15th of January. If the swelling is still there or it has gotten worse, they will shoot some kind of radiation into his hand that will go to his eye so they can see what is going on in there. He has now had his steroid shot in both eyes. He has gotten new glasses and hopefully we can get this eye problem under wraps soon.

Ashlynn has started eating solids, so far we have tried carrots, peas, and sweet potatoes. The peas were a definite no go! We will try them again in a few weeks. She is already getting much better at eating and is getting less messy with every meal. We only feed her solids once a day right now and will start twice a day pretty soon. I bought some sweet potatoes to attempt to cook my own baby food, we shall see how it goes :)
